1. Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

- All items must be returned in their original condition, with the packaging, tags, and any included accessories intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
- A restocking fee may apply for certain items, which will be specified at the time of return approval.
3. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange your luxury watch for a different model, size, or color, please follow the return process first. Once the returned item is processed, a new order can be placed.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

- Plan Reassure will provide a prepaid return label for any damaged or defective products and cover the return shipping costs.
5. Non-returnable Items
- Personalized or engraved products, gift cards, and sale items are non-returnable.
