  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  • A restocking fee may apply for certain items, which will be specified at the time of return approval.

3. Exchanges
